Refund and Returns Policy

At VapeMont, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with returns or exchanges under the conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following criteria must be met:

  • Return/Exchange Period: All return or exchange requests must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Product Condition: The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Non-Refundable Items: The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
    • Opened or used e-liquid products (for hygiene and safety reasons).
    • Consumable items (e.g., coils, wicks, and other accessories) once opened or used.
    • Gift cards or promotional items.
    • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number, reason for the return/exchange, and any supporting photos if applicable.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Shipping the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for defective items or errors on our part.
  4. Processing the Return: Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 1 business day for processing.

3. Refunds

  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Partial Refunds: If the returned item is damaged, missing parts, or not in original condition, a partial refund may be issued based on the product’s condition.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • If you prefer to exchange for a different item, please indicate your preference when contacting customer service.
  • Exchange items will be shipped once the returned item is received and approved for eligibility.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 15 days with:
    • Your order number
    • Description and photo(s) of the issue
  • We will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

6. Late Returns

  • Returns or exchanges requested after 15 days will not be accepted, except for defective products or shipping errors.

7. Shipping Fees for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or shipped incorrectly.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
  • If the order has not yet shipped, we will issue a full refund.
  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
